Peter Herbeck

Peter Herbeck is the Vice President and Director of Missions for Renewal Ministries, a lay organization devoted to Catholic renewal and evangelization throughout the world. This is accomplished through television, radio, publications, conferences, and missionary retreats and rallies. Renewal Ministries supports the evangelistic mission of the Catholic Church in a variety of countries worldwide. Peter oversees the work of lay mission teams in Eastern Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, the South Pacific, South and North America.

Peter works to equip Catholic lay people to respond to the Holy Father’s call for a New Evangelization. He also serves as co-host for the weekly television program The Choices We Face and host of the daily radio program Fire on the Earth. Peter is a frequent conference speaker and has written numerous articles on evangelization and the exercise of spiritual gifts. He is also the author of a new book, “When the Spirit Comes in Power”.

Peter holds a BA in Philosophy from St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Minnesota and a MA in Theology from Sacred Heart Seminary in Detroit, Michigan. He and his wife Debbie and four children are active members of Christ the King Parish in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
